Can I change my date?

Yes - one complimentary reschedule within 30 days if the new date is available.

What areas do you serve?

Greater DFW. Delivery included within 30-45 miles (package-dependent); beyond that $1.00/mi.

How early do you arrive?

We load in 60-90 minutes before go-time.

Outdoor setups?

Yes - must be level, dry and covered. A weather backup location is recommended.

Do you stay on site?

Not typically but we can if needed.

What colors do you offer?

White, Black, Pink, Red, and a Natural Wood.

Do you offer an audio guestbook?

Yes, the audio guestbook is included with the booth. We deliver digital recordings within 72 hours.

Can you add florals/backdrops?

Yes - we can do backdrop walls and styled florals. Request an add-on from our team to receive a quote.
